Carol works with leaders and teams to 'raise their game' by strengthening stakeholder relationships, building influencing skills and developing their networks.
“Intentional integration of tech is a means to amplify coaching’s impact and reach, not a replacement for the transformative power of human connection in coaching and all relationships. AI is redefining coaching, just as it is transforming the work, careers and organizations of clients. The safest prediction recognizes that changes are happening faster than even the people developing the technology thought possible.”
